We want you to love your Luminity London piece as much as we loved designing and crafting it.
If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to offer an exchange or full refund.

All we ask is that your item is returned in its original condition and packaging within 7 days of delivery.

To start a return or exchange, please email our team at info@luminitylondon.com with your order number and reason for return.

Receive a full refund to your original payment method for any eligible item(s).

2. Store Credit
Opt for store credit equal to the value of your returned item(s) — perfect for future purchases.

Non-Returnable Items (for Hygiene Reasons)

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged, including:

  • Earrings and studs

  • Body jewellery (such as nose rings, piercings, etc.)

  • Custom-made or personalised pieces

We appreciate your understanding — this policy ensures all customers receive brand-new, unworn items.

Cancelling Orders

Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase.
After this time, your order will have entered processing and can no longer be cancelled or modified.
