Lifetime Guarantee
At Luminity London, we stand behind the quality of every piece we create. All orders are covered by our Lifetime Guarantee, designed to give you confidence in your purchase.
If your jewellery experiences a manufacturing fault or fails under normal, intended wear, you are entitled to a one-time replacement of the same item.
What’s Covered
- Manufacturing defects
- Faults in craftsmanship (e.g. clasp failure, structural issues)
What’s Not Covered
- Wear caused by improper care, neglect, or misuse
- Exposure to chemicals, moisture, or harsh conditions
(including perfume, lotion, chlorine, or excessive water exposure) - Scratches, dents, or accidental damage
- Normal wear over time
- Lost or stolen items

How to Make a Claim
To submit a claim, please contact us at info@luminitylondon.com with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the fault
All claims are reviewed to ensure they fall within the terms of our guarantee.
Additional Information
- Each item is eligible for one replacement only under this Lifetime Guarantee.
- To make a claim, the original item must be returned to us before a replacement can be dispatched. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item unless otherwise agreed.
- If your original item is no longer available, we will provide a replacement of equal value.
- This guarantee covers manufacturing faults only and does not cover loss, theft, accidental damage, misuse, unauthorised repairs, or normal wear and tear.
- Luminity London reserves the right to inspect all returned items before approving a replacement claim.
